Kavitha Chinnaiyan

Physician, Heal Thyself!

What is the fundamental cause of burnout among physicians and other health-care providers? In this talk, we will explore the biological and psycho-socio-cultural aspects that result in a disconnect between our inherent craving for connection and the conditioning that seals us off from it. We will also explore some practical ways of bringing the heart back into medicine.
